Madis xL Ltd. offers the MxL Induction Heating System. The MxL system is composed of an Inductor Tool Assembly (ITA) which is placed in the production zone and a Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) which remains on the surface and supplies Electrical power to the ITA. The PCU logs temperatures, pressures, relative flow rate, flow temperature (requires a flow-switch) and can even control pump start/stop. MODBUS RTU communication from the PCU is available as an option. All data can be viewed with our custom MxLVPS2 software which allows grid and chart viewing as well as conversion routines for common spreadsheet applications.
